Refund policy

We operate a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / items that cannot be returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU

Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The full purchase amount will be refunded minus any shipping costs and the costs for insured shipping if the customer selected this option at checkout.
